OF AVAILABLE ACCOMMODATION
Scuola
Tricolore offers all sorts of accommodation for those who require lodging in
Genova during their stay. We work in alliance with reliable
partners or deal directly with owners. We always try to negotiate some discounts
for you, while maintaining the quality. All accommodations
have been personally selected by the school.
Scuola Tricolore does not assign accommodation, but instead will offer some
options available based on your preferences indicated.
We
maintain three objectives when it comes to accommodation:

good price/quality,

located
in the city centre or adjacent the city centre (max. 30
minutes from the school) and
-
we
have a preference to cluster students as much as possible, so you get acquainted
with your fellow students.
We
have included a list of available accommodation and price indications. All
prices displayed are all
inclusive!

HP is sometimes available at 10,- Euro a night
Housing
reservations run from the Sunday afternoon (after 17:00) before course start,
until the Saturday morning after course ending (before 11:00). If you need to
arrive a day earlier or to extend your stay after the course, please contact
the school for assistance.
The
prices for Host Family and B&B include:
• self-service continental breakfast
• Expenses for water, gas, electricity and heating
• Kitchen use in the evening
• Bed linen and towels furnished
• Weekly cleaning of the room and bed linen
The
prices for Independent Apartment and Room in shared apartment include:
• Expenses for water, gas, electricity and heating
• Bed linen and towels furnished (no towels in room in apartment)
• Does include € 25,- cleaning at departure. During your stay
you yourself and the other students are responsable for the cleaning of the
apartment. A cleaning service is available at €10,- a hour.
• Sometimes the owner requires a deposit that will be reimbursed at
departure (independent apartment)
• All apartments are furnished and the kitchens supplied with essential equipment (cutlery, pans, etc.).
